Mary is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master’s degree from Spring Arbor University. She has over 20 years of experience serving teens, college students, adults, couples, and those living with disabilities. Mary specializes in Adult Children of Alcoholics and those struggling with various addictive behaviors, using a trauma-informed approach to assist in recovery. She uses a strength based, solution-focused approach including tools and resources clients can use outside of sessions. Mary creates a safe and validating environment where she encourages clients to take an active role in their progress. She enjoys supporting couples with communication issues and infidelity recovery. Mary also has a passion for those struggling with pain, illness, hormonal issues, and food sensitivities 

 

In her spare time Mary enjoys spending time with her family and their dog out in nature. During the winter months she loves sewing, crafts, reading, working out, and cooking. Mary provides Christian Counseling to those who request it.
